How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on remotely hosted servers, compliant with all relevant UK data protection and privacy laws. Your information may also be stored on servers hosted by a third party provider, Hubspot, utilising EU based servers and compliant with all relevant UK data protection and privacy laws.
- Employment purposes
We keep all information shared and consented by you for 6 months or the time of employment plus 6 month whichever is longest. After this period, we will contact you prior to disposing of your data. We will then dispose your information by erasing all information concerning you and all your details from our servers.
- Delivery of services
We keep all information shared and consented by you for the duration of any formal or informal and contractual business relationship. We may, from time to time, send email requests asking you if you would like us to maintain a copy of your records for the purposes of continued communication, or if you would like us to unsubscribe you from any or all email communication.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
